Same course, but now alone. Did what I could. Pretty good power for me, but definitely not aero enough 😜

Beautiful day to start the Tour of Japan. Big crowds out on the course and for the team presentation.
35 minute criterium around Daisen Park. Nice course with a few tight corners. Not my specialty, but I always find it fun to do.

Great to be back in Osaka for the Tour of Japan 🇯🇵
The race will start tomorrow with short criterium and a 2.6km ITT.
Easy activation ride today with a little ramp on the first climb, and some 30/30s to open up the legs/lungs. Flying back over the bike path with tailwind.

Very humid day in the mountains. 4h sauna session on the bike with some sprints in the end.
