Kept it relatively easy knowing there will be 4 days of hard riding at Arne Jacobs Team Camp and just back to back exercises:
4 sets:
Squats: 60kgx15
Bench: 60kgx8-10
Romanian deadlifts: 60kgx12
Shoulderpress: 15kgx12
Max chest flies: 25 @ 15 kg, goooood stretch
Max preacher curls: 25kg x 18, gooooood range of motion and squeeze
Facepulls: 1 set of max reps: 15 kg x 25

Legs were sore after Sundays run and yesterdays squats + deadlifts. Felt good though
