Don't think sauna on TTT day is a great idea, and also the running block has meant the form/intensity has slowly dropped over the last 6 weeks or so. It's now time to get back into it!
We lost 2 soldiers very early on in Ruben and Thom. This meant that there was far less recovery to be had, and I already felt like I was struggling with pull power a bit.. But I was starting pulls cooked already today.
Held on and strong, had to eventually close the gap to 3rd after my final turn which we were all struggling by that point. Heavy legged stuff.

Somehow beat the KOM the guys did in October still in a team that had super strong guys and a full team, which shows the progression of the group!
HRM went flat after about 5 mins!
