Tour of Japan #5

Beautiful area to race in around Iida. A bit longer climbs than on the other days, mixed with super fast descends. A big breakaway went early in the first lap with some good climbers in there. A good situation for us a team, so we could just follow all days in the peloton where the pace was pretty high all day. The last two laps it exploded on the climb. Was close to following the attack from Dati and Fabbro, but came a few meters short. We managed to have four riders in the first group behind, but we never caught them..
