Hardest workout I have done for a good while.
Short spike efforts ranging from 10s to 60s but high z2 in between for first half, z3 watts for second half.
There is no recovery in any of it for 90mins essentially.
I had a bad legs day also, which is quite usual after I take a rest day.
I got through this workout on deaths doorstep for most of it. A true show of stubborn determination. Some missed targets, but overall I am actually very pleased with the performance and determination I had to get through this even though it was not going well.
