Uphill on treadmill seemed like a cheat code for my ankle! No dramas at all, and couldve done alot more. Nice to be able to feel like I was hitting some kind of intensity, despite HR still being very, sub maximal.

I haven’t been following along here much. What are you training for?
I haven't been posting super public about it. Little side quest.. 5k May 31, seeing if I can break 16 mins off about 2 hours a week for 50 days!
