Since upgrading to Cat 2 in SRC, I've been motivated to start training with more specificity and structure, instead of joining a community race for a workout.
I like to keep things simple in my training; zone two, VO2, racing, or rest are my default training days. If you notice a trend or have input on maybe changes I can make over time, I would love any feedback as I start to build uploaded activities on GrassDune.
Notes: Didn't feel very good and hr was high, but was happy with the mental strength and ability to pull through and finish the workout.
