Zwift - Pacer Group Ride with Genie

That loop went by super quick for the recov ride. Few mins steady and then absolutely coast the rest of the lap downhill. Was incredible the difference it made when Genie was on the front vs in the draft..

We did a little test, I did 172w avg for a lap that too 16:29 with Genie mostly on the ftron. Then Gatesy went to the front and it required 204w avg to stay in the draft and we went 15:09. A totally different ride experience and power output!

Tick that off as a decent one for Friday after work. They can be a grind. Also levelled up this bike finally!
