Consistency in training is key if you want to perform the whole season, but it is so easy to forget the importance of easy days between training blocks. Today was a very nice reminder of how great it feels to ride your bike with fresh legs through the mountains. There is hardly any traffic on the roads these days, which makes it an absolute pleasure to cruise around like this!
