30/30's into vo2 max efforts. Always a fun time.... The final 2:30 interval is what broke me completely. 425w for 2:30 at end of that session just not possible for me.
Ohh I like this setup. Never done it like this. Looks like the 30-30 sets you up into Vo2 max zone, giving you way more money for your bug on the 2.30min. Bit like hard start intervals. Is this session from Zwift?
