Day #2 of getting my ass kicked in workouts. Holy smokes.
There was so much higher power work at 100-110 RPM in this.
I literally had to stop at one point, compose myself before I could continue. Absolute hell this one.
It's amazing how much higher RPE can be due to cadence targets alone. 16 minutes at 100RPM is not fun times.
10 mins in the sauna afterwards. For no other reason than to chill and try to make my body feel a little bit good after these past two workout days.
