Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Grassdune, including activities, metrics, text, images, and comments (“User Content”).

License to Grassdune

By uploading content, you grant Grassdune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

This license exists solely to operate and improve Grassdune.

Visibility

• Public content is visible to followers and subscribers as configured by you.
• Private content remains private according to your settings.

You are responsible for choosing what you share.

Grassdune may display performance data imported from third-party services or devices.

Important:

• Grassdune does not verify the accuracy of this data.
• Metrics, activities, and insights are not medical or training advice.
• You train and compete at your own risk.

Always consult a qualified professional before making training or health decisions.

Subscriptions

Supporters may subscribe to athletes for a recurring fee set by the athlete.

By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Athletes may remove or block subscribers at their discretion.
• If an athlete removes or blocks you, subscription access can end immediately, even during a paid billing period (subject to applicable law).

Athlete Earnings

Athletes may earn revenue from subscriptions, subject to:

• platform fees
• payment processor fees
• applicable taxes

Grassdune may update fees with reasonable notice.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Grassdune does not store your full payment details.

You agree not to:

• abuse, harass, or impersonate others
• upload illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform
• interfere with the Service’s operation or security
• use Grassdune for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Grassdune may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the platform
• required by law or safety concerns

You may stop using Grassdune at any time.

Termination does not affect obligations related to payments already processed.

Grassdune may integrate with third-party services (e.g. activity tracking platforms).

Grassdune is not responsible for:

• third-party outages
• data inaccuracies
• changes to third-party APIs or policies

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Grassdune is evolving.

We may:

• add, modify, or remove features
• change these Terms from time to time

If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Grassdune is provided “as is”.
• We make no guarantees regarding availability or accuracy.
• Grassdune is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
