Hi everyone!
We’ve released another set of improvements focused on analysis, privacy, and cleaner activity context.
New graph colors + time-in-zone pie charts (Power, HR, Pace)
Your analysis now includes clearer zone coloring in the time-series charts and effort curves, plus dedicated time-in-zone pie charts for power, heart rate, and pace.
This makes it much easier to see not only peak efforts, but also how your full session was distributed across zones.

Biometrics section in Athlete Settings
In order to accurate determine your zones, we added a dedicated Biometrics section in your Athlete profile settings where you can set:
• Weight
• Threshold power (FTP)
• Max HR
• Running threshold pace

These values are now used across analysis (for example zone mapping and W/kg where applicable). You can use either a manually entered value or the estimated value (based on your recent activity window), and switch between them directly in settings. Each metric also supports private/public control, so you decide what others can see. If you keep biometrics private, we do not colour zones or provide W/kg curves.
Hide start/stop functionality for route privacy
You can now enable Hide start/stop in settings to mask the first and last part of your route for outward-facing views. This applies to activity maps and feed card map previews. You can find this in the Your activities tab in settings.

Workout tags
Activities now support cleaner workout tagging so sessions are easier to scan in feed and on activity pages. Interval sessions can be auto-detected, and other tags like race, duals can be managed directly during activity editing. It is also possible to couple races to the races you planned in your calendar. You will can easily recognize tag icons in the top of activities in the feed.

Thanks again for all the feedback. It keeps shaping the Grassdune in the right direction! 🌱
