Hi everyone,
Based on your feedback, we’ve added a number of new features to the platform that I’m excited to share with you.
Tagging of other users
You can now tag other users by their @handle. Simply type @ and a dropdown will appear, allowing you to select and tag someone on Grassdune. Tagging works both in comments and in your Athlete Notes within an activity. When you tag someone, they’ll receive a notification so they don’t miss it.

Integrated dual recording
After many requests - especially from esports athletes - we’ve introduced integrated dual recording. When selecting “Virtual Cycling” as your sport, you now have the option to upload a second .fit file containing your dual recording. This data is automatically aligned with your main activity file, even if the recording durations differ, ensuring everything appears correctly in your graphs. To show duals click “Show dual recording” at the top of the “Analysis” section.

Activities that include a dual recording are marked with a “DUALS” badge on the activity card, making them easy to spot in the feed.

Analysis Graph directly visible when uploading or editing activities
You can now analyze your data before publishing. While uploading or editing an activity, simply open the “Analysis” dropdown to view the same graphs that appear on the activity page. This makes it easier to review your effort before sharing it.

Small tip
There’s now also an option to upload an activity without showing it in the public feed. Just check “Hide from public feed” when uploading. The activity will still appear on your profile and count toward your totals, allowing you to keep your stats complete while highlighting only the activities you want your followers to see in the public feed 🤓.

As always, thanks for the support and continuous feedback!🌱
