Hello and welcome! This is my first upload to grassdune and I hope to share my training/racing regularly and how I balance a busy work/home life with my passion for cycling across several disciplines. Today was a filler session in a 3 day mid week block. 90 minutes zone 2 with six 15 second seated sprints to keep leg speed high. My body felt good after yesterday's harder session. Fuelling for these type of sessions is pretty straightforward. 90 grams of carbs in 750ml bottle is plenty (provided nutrition during the day has been taken care of- more on this going forward).
